Adult Day Program and Adult Day Health Services designed to provide participants with creative and stimulating activities, exercise, nutrition, and caregiver respite for families.
Supporting participants who have complex medical conditions, Alzheimer's and other dementias, Parkinson's, stroke, and other physical and mental limitations, activities at the Avenidas Rose Kleiner Center are designed to promote independence, provide social opportunities, and improve overall well-being.
A highly trained professional staff of RN's, LVN's, Social Workers, Physical and Occupational Therapists keeps participants safe, engaged, and active, contributing to enhanced cognitive functioning, improved quality of life, improved nutrition, and decreased urgent care visits.
