Other than Alex and Sarah Hult, not many independent restaurant owners can claim they have opened 4 new restaurants within 14 months, but Alex and Sarah can and did. Originally from Sweden, Alex came to America to play professional hockey. But after a career ending injury and then meeting his wife Sarah, the couple pursued their passion for food and fine wines. And with all the success Flights is having , it appears to be a great fit for Alex and Sarah. Alex has also attracted NHL Players and sophisticated Tech investors to the team.
