TWO SILICON VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS LAUNCH FUNDRAISER, RAISING MONEY TO FIGHT AGAINST HUNGER IN COMMUNITY

Covid Run Challenge raises money for local organizations to allow them to continue their work in the community during the COVID-19 crisis

COVID Run is a teen-led fundraiser with the aim to provide food support to the underprivileged in Silicon Valley and encourage personal health. They are in collaboration with the Community Services Agency of Mountain View, Los Altos & Los Altos Hills, Sunnyvale Community Services, and West Valley Community Services. COVID Run is a unique fundraiser during this pandemic because it solves two issues with one solution, keeping community members from going hungry while promoting personal fitness.
