Crysta brings over 25 years of leadership in the nonprofit and behavioral health sectors to her role as CEO of the Los Altos Mountain View Community Foundation (LAMVCF). She holds a Master of Public Administration, served on the Foundation's Board from 2012 to 2019, and became CEO in 2024.
In Mountain View, she has paired city investment with corporate and individual generosity to expand affordable housing, and helped launch the Mountain View Community Land Trust through the Local Impact Collective, home to Soil&Water Garden. The Foundation hosts the LAMVCF Community Roundtable Scholarship, bringing the Mountain View Chamber and five other partners behind a single application.
