These FREE workshops are part of a series of workshops intended for parents or caregivers of teens who want to know more about substance use. These 2 workshop sessions will cover the basics of Motivational Interviewing, a validated method that can teach skills to have more open communication with your teen, and active listening so you can better support your teen.
