Rent Stabilization Protections in California and Mountain View (Open to all)
We will be holding a community workshop on Rent Stabilization Protections in California and Mountain View on Thursday, December 12, 2019, 6:30 PM.
The Tenant Protection Act of 2019, expands rent stabilization and just cause eviction protections statewide. Come to this workshop to learn more about the new law and how it impacts the Mountain View community! The City Council’s proposed ballot amendments to the CSFRA will also be covered.
