Come check out my new weekly Passion Fit: Train classes on Tuesdays starting March 14th. This class will get your heart rate up with high intensity interval training. You’ll also be strengthening, lengthening and sculpting your entire body using weights, your own body weight and mat work. All levels are welcome.
