Come learn how your business or home can benefit from our community’s new energy provider: Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE). SVCE is a new non-profit, public agency providing 100% carbon-free power at costs below PG&E. Businesses and residents will be automatically enrolled in SVCE’s GreenStart product (100% carbon free, 50% renewable content) but can upgrade to the 100% renewables GreenPrime product for a small premium. PG&E will continue to be an essential partner – delivering the electricity, maintaining power lines, and providing billing and customer service. Mountain View and other communities throughout Silicon Valley have been working for four years to bring SVCE to our region. Experts from SVCE will be on hand at the meeting to present and answer questions.
