DESCRIPTION:A walking tour of downtown Mountain View will reveal the 150+ year evolution of our community by telling the stories of historic sites and buildings on and around Castro Street.\n\n \n\n\n\nThe tour departs at 2:00 p.m. from Centennial Plaza at 600 W. Evelyn Avenue. Registration is required to secure your spot.\n\n \n\nThe standard tour will be approximately one mile and one hour long and will cover historic sites along Castro Street\, ending near Eagle Park.\n\n \n\n\n\nSuggested donation is $10 for due-paying MVHA members\, suggested donation of $15 for non-members. Please register no later than 1 pm Saturday August 23. http://mvhistory.eventbrite.com/\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nTour donations help us continue our mission to preserve and share the history of Mountain View.
