In-depth class topics include: - Tree selection and placement taught by experienced arborists with local expertise - Canopy's expert tree planting methods for establishment and survival in the urban landscape - Locally relevant tree care and pruning techniques that promote longevity and good structure - Advocating for tree-friendly policies\, resources\, and master plans that support a thriving urban forest Hands-on practice through field experiences on weekdays and Saturdays.
